What stays on your phone

Your plans, your party’s names, game scores, map pins, your learned walking pace, your theme and park choice are kept in your browser’s own storage on your device. We never receive them. Clearing your browser data, or deleting the home-screen app, removes them.

Location is only used when you tap something that needs it — Near me, Follow my day, a map pin, or Find me on the map — and your browser asks your permission first. Your coordinates are worked out on your phone and never sent to us. When Follow my day re-plans, it sends the name of the ride you’re nearest to, the rides still left in your plan, and your walking pace (a number like “1.1× average”) — never coordinates.

What reaches our server

To build a plan or answer a question, your phone sends the request itself: the park, the date, the rides you picked, your options, and any question you type into Ask. Some Ask questions are answered with help from an AI model running on Cloudflare. None of this is tied to you — there’s no account or identifier — and we don’t keep plans or questions in any database. They do pass through Cloudflare’s routine request logs (below), because they’re part of the web address or request.

If something breaks on your phone, the app sends a short error report (the error message, the page and script line where it happened, and your browser’s user-agent string) so it can be fixed. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps routine request logs, including IP addresses and the addresses requested, for a few days for security and reliability.

Feedback you send through the feedback form is stored for up to 90 days, along with the email address if you choose to give one, so we can reply.

What we don’t do

No cookies for tracking, no analytics, no advertising, no selling or sharing of data. The app loads nothing from other companies’ servers: fonts, icons and maps are all served by us. Links you tap (Disney’s booking pages, our data sources) take you to those sites, under their own policies.
